Centennial believes in the potential of Arizona and has so far invested in beautiful acreage ready for development in Scottsdale and Carefree. Centennial is also invested in single family housing and commercial property in the Phoenix area.

CAZ remains invested in the Arizona residential real estate market with a continued belief in its growth and prosperity. Intentionally staying current with market trends, we have a portfolio that  produces the following two types of investments. We acquire properties to build rental portfolios for investors looking to start or add to their current retirement portfolio. With people placing their wealth in the Arizona market, it allows the people investing to get a return on their money and those renting to afford a home that is in good condition and managed well. We also acquire homes to remodel, with a specific focus on those that may be causing strife in the neighborhood, and bring them back to their original beauty with updates to suit the modern family. Our focus remains in the mid-range market because we believe in making skillfully remodeled homes affordable for everyone. Our vision in Arizona is to remain relevant and supportive of a flourishing economy which we have had success in doing thus far and plan to do moving forward.
